BlueprintLite offers digital profile creation services, including video interviews, photoshoots, and promotional materials, as well as access to pre-designed digital templates and ongoing content management.

3. User Accounts

  • You are required to sign up for a WIX account through our affiliate link to use our services.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
     

4. Subscription Plans and Fees

  • BlueprintLite offers tiered subscription plans with different levels of service.

  • Subscription fees are billed annually or monthly, depending on the selected plan.

  • You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time, with changes taking effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
     

5. Annual Hosting Fee

  • An annual hosting fee is required to maintain your digital profile on WIX.

  • BlueprintLite will collect the hosting fee and cover the costs directly with WIX.

  • Failure to pay the annual hosting fee may result in suspension of services.
     

6. Pre-Designed Digital Templates

  • Clients can purchase templates from our library or subscribe to a premium plan for access to multiple templates.

  • Templates are subject to licensing terms and are for personal use only. Resale or distribution is prohibited.
     

7. Content Ownership and Usage

  • You retain ownership of all content you provide to BlueprintLite for your digital profile.

  • By submitting content to BlueprintLite, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the content for the purpose of providing our services.
     

8. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:

  • Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

  • Distribute viruses or other harmful computer code.

  • Interfere with the operation of our services or other users' use of the services.

  • Resell or redistribute the services without our prior written consent.
     

9. Termination

  • BlueprintLite reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

  • Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and BlueprintLite will no longer have access to your WIX account.
     

10. Limitation of Liability
BlueprintLite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BlueprintLite harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms
BlueprintLite reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, USA without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
