Refund Policy

Our goal is to deliver exceptional quality and service to each of our clients. We work hard to meet your expectations, and we are committed to ensuring satisfaction. However, we recognize that adjustments may be needed in certain circumstances. Please review our refund policy below.
 

1. Initial Deposits
   All initial deposits are non-refundable. These secure your project in our schedule and cover initial consultation and planning costs.
    

2. Project Cancellations
   If you decide to cancel your project after the initial deposit, any additional payments made up to the cancellation date may be refundable depending on project progress. Refunds for in-progress work will be prorated based on completed milestones.
    

3. Refund Requests Post-Completion
   Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are not available after project completion and delivery. We encourage open communication during the project to address any questions or adjustments needed.
    

4. Add-On Services
   Add-on services are billed separately and are non-refundable once production begins. If adjustments are needed, please reach out before starting the add-on service.
